No. Anaqa does not charge monthly or annual subscription fees for its core booking services. A one-time setup fee is paid when joining, after which a commission is charged only on completed bookings made through the Anaqa platform.
The setup fee is paid once when joining and includes creating your business profile, adding services, prices, and staff members, setting working hours and appointment availability, activating bookings, reminders, and reviews, and providing initial training on how to use the platform.
The setup fee is SAR 850, paid only once upon joining. Any available promotional offer will also be explained before the agreement is signed.

Your business can complete the onboarding process within up to five business days after all required information and documents have been submitted, through the following steps:
The client may cancel an appointment without a fee within the permitted cancellation period. For late cancellations or no-shows, the policy displayed to the client before confirming the booking will apply, helping protect the business’s time and reduce losses from reserved appointments.
If the client is late, the specified grace period will be provided before the booking is recorded as a no-show.
Yes. You can update your services, prices, staff members, working hours, holidays, and available appointment times to ensure that clients always see accurate and up-to-date information.
