When using Anaqa, you agree to:

  • Use a valid payment method for transactions.

  • Arrive on time for confirmed appointments.

  • Refrain from misusing the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.


4. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the chosen salon.

  • Payments must be made using credit/debit cards or other payment options provided in the app.

  • Anaqa does not store full credit card details. Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Users may cancel or reschedule appointments according to each salon’s cancellation policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the salon’s rules and the payment gateway’s timelines.

  • Anaqa is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by banks or third-party payment processors.


6. Salon Responsibilities

  • Salons are responsible for delivering the services booked by users.

  • Salons must honor confirmed appointments and provide accurate information about their services.

  • Any disputes regarding service quality must be resolved directly between the salon and the user.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Anaqa is a booking platform and does not guarantee the quality of services offered by partner salons.

  • We are not liable for personal injury, dissatisfaction, or damages resulting from salon services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking through our platform.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Anaqa’s website and app, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Anaqa and protected under Saudi Arabian intellectual property laws.

  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.


9. Privacy Policy

10. Termination of Access
